Pan Oiler ONLY FOR 3-in-1 Dough Processor - Optional Feature
An optional addition to the DD104 is equipment that will provide a dosing of oil to the pan, after pan insertion and before the dough ball is ejected.

Oil intended for dosing: Vegalube 1100 Special P Release

This equipment includes a “wand” located on the front outside of the machine that is to be inserted in a container of oil that can be placed on the front bottom shelf of the machine.

The wand is connected to a pump that will suck the oil up from the oil container and dose to the pan during normal operation.

  1. When first operating or during subsequent new buckets the oiler will need primed.
  2. Navigate to the secondary home screen to find the Prime button.
  3. Ensure a pan or some other container is placed under the nozzle to catch oil during priming. Oil is supposed to come out of the nozzle during this step. If it does not, run another prime cycle or see trouble shooting for more information if oil does not come out after a few prime attempts.
  4. The priming step is to ensure oil is filling the oiler line and nozzle to be ready during operation. The oil pump is cycled multiple times in order to fill the line and nozzle.
