1. Ensure the system is not processing by pressing the emergency stop button on the front of the machine.
2. Check the display and verify that the pressure has returned to zero, and the indicator in the top left says “Start”.
3. Remove the front guard panel by removing /pulling the pin holding it in place
4. Remove the dough blow-out block by twisting the part and lifting it off. Do not disconnect air hose when removing part.
5. Remove current dough pocket and replace with desired dough pocket
6. Re-install dough blow-out block
7. Re-install front guard panel and attach with ring pin

Pay special attention that the guard properly mates with the hopper base
