Warning labels
- The DD104 has potential operating hazards labeled. Please read and exercise caution for the highlighted risks. Failure to do so could result in injury.
Modifications
- Any repairs or maintenance should be conducted by trained personnel only. Operators should only modify settings available to them through the HMI.
- Under no circumstances should untrained personnel use tools to modify and/or access parts of the machine. The DD104 is built to be operated entirely WITHOUT tools.
Dough In Hopper (see warning label above)
- Do not leave dough in the hopper for extended periods (greater than 15 minutes).
Emergency Stop
- In the event of an unsafe situation, press the Emergency Stop button to immediately cease machine function and relieve air pressure to the cylinders.
- Do not reset the machine until the unsafe situation has been remedied
- To reset the machine from an E-Stop, twist the E-Stop button clockwise. The button should pop out and the red light should go off. The machine can now be operated again.
Safe Disassembly
- Once dough from a batch is fully exhausted, or the machine faults, verify machine is safe for operator interaction by confirming the HMI displays “Start“ in the top left of the screen, and hopper pressure is 0.
Remove Energy Sources (Unplug and Drain Air)
- During cleaning or service of the unit all energy sources should be removed from the system.
- Turn off the machine via power switch on front panel.
- DO NOT TURN OFF WHEN COMPRESSOR IS RUNNING
- Unplug machine from wall to remove energy source.
- Take off panel to access air compressor and then relieve air pressure by turning the black handle/lever on the bottom of the air compressor tank until all the pressure is removed from the air tank. Confirm handle/lever is back to original position after releasing pressure.
